Delivery Process

Once an order is submitted through our website, it enters our processing system where items are checked to ensure they meet our shipping standards. After the inspection is completed, the products are securely packaged and transferred to one of our delivery partners.

Our carriers will make every reasonable effort to deliver the package to the address you provided during checkout. If a delivery attempt cannot be completed due to address or timing issues, the delivery partner may reach out to coordinate the next steps.

Estimated delivery window: generally 14 to 17 business days, depending on location, courier capacity, and order volume.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and the name of the shipping carrier handling your package. Tracking details usually become active within approximately 24 hours once the shipment is scanned by the carrier.

Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within about 24 hours on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Fees

Our standard shipping fee is $9.99 for orders below $60. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $60.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping. If you choose expedited shipping at checkout, an expedited fee of $14.99 will apply. Any available shipping options and final costs are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
