Cancellation and Return Policy
Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you may contact our customer support team at info@grosenbl.store during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM MST).
Once your request is received and processed, the order will be cancelled. Refunds for prepaid orders are typically issued within approximately 48–72 business hours after the cancellation is confirmed in our system.
Order Cancellation After Shipment
If the shipment has already left our facility, cancellation can be completed once the products are returned and checked at our warehouse.
Refunds for payments made by credit/debit card or online banking will be returned to the same payment method after the returned items are verified. Processing by your bank may require a few additional business days for the amount to appear in your account.
For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued through bank transfer using the billing details you provide. Once the items are received and verified, the refund is initiated within about 24–48 business hours, with additional time required for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
Returns, Replacements and Refunds
GROSENBL offers a simple return process. You may request a return or replacement within 14 days of receiving the order. Partial returns are also supported if you wish to return only certain items from your purchase.
Step 1: Contact our customer support team at info@grosenbl.store within 15 days of delivery.
Step 2: Provide your order ID, details of your request, and a photo of the item and invoice for reference.
Step 3: Our courier partner will arrange a pickup within approximately 4–6 business days. Refunds or replacements begin once the items are returned in original condition, including all packaging, labels, and accessories.
If the requested replacement is unavailable due to stock limitations, a refund will be provided instead.
Conditions in Which Returns Cannot Be Accepted
Returns may not be approved under the following circumstances:

Altered or tampered serial numbers

Defects not covered under the seller/manufacturer guidelines

Items that show signs of use or modification

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
All orders undergo quality checks before leaving our warehouse. In the event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement or refund.
To report an issue, please follow these steps within 14 days of receiving the order:
Step 1: Contact us at info@grosenbl.store with your order ID.
Step 2: Provide photos of the affected product and the invoice, along with your request for return, replacement, or refund.
Step 3: The item will be collected within approximately 4–6 business days. A refund or replacement will be processed after the returned item passes verification in its original packaging with all labels intact.
