GROSENBL provides a 30-day period for returns and refunds from the date you receive your order. Returns or refund requests submitted after 30 days cannot be processed.

Eligibility for Return & Refund
You may request a return or refund if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
  • You have a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
  • The request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.

Applicable Situations

  • The item is defective or damaged during shipping.
  • You received the wrong product, size, style, or color.
  • The product does not match its description on our website.
  • Returns for other reasons (e.g., change of mind) may be accepted, but partial refunds may apply.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  2. Do not send the item back to the original shipping address listed on your package.
  3. After your request is submitted and approved, the correct return address will be provided to you via email.
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging. GROSENBL will cover the cost of return shipping.

Inspection and Approval
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, follow the return procedure above and send the item to the address provided by GROSENBL after approval.

Sale Items and Gifts

  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
  • If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued once the returned item is received.
  • If the gift was shipped to the giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
